Hi there!! Hello from Uruguay S America.

Hi, I'm Paul from Montevideo, Uruguay. I started working out in October 2006. It wasn't my frist priority at the time. I just started because a friend of mine just invited me to go to the gym with him. He even paid my first month at the Black Dog gym at General Flores St. in Montevideo Uruguay :eek: . The first week really killed me, I was completely exhausted and my body hurt all over. Well, after a few weeks, I started liking it a little. Actually I was fatter some years ago and the gym just got me bulky and I didnt like that. However, I had lost weight thru the years and now my muscles started to show. I liked that, it really fueled me a little so I started looking up info online and asking other people that work out. I asked also my personal trainer and my doctor.

After a few months I got a new job. My day became longer and I felt much better, not because of the shape my body was getting but also because I felt better, MUCH BETTER WITH MYSELF as a whole.

I eat well, no fats, fruit and vegetable, some meat, proteins, granola, honey, the good stuff but started taking CREATINE last week. I'm trying it. I just take a teaspoon of creatine in a glass of water away from meals. Started with 4 teaspoons everyday for a week, then I'll just take 1 a day. Yes! I am in the loading stage.

I'd like to chat with other gym newbies like me, those who already have a set of exercises. I'm into muscle volume these months as it is the winter right now.
