Hi There From ireland

Hi there im a 23 year old male started to get into shape in the summer by joining taekwondo and managed to lose my gut.

I have good leg strength but upperbody is lagging i have no gym membership and am lookin for help with excercises that i can do without eqipment

any help will be great
 
Pushups, pullups, burpees are a good start. And you don't need gym equipment. Sandbags, buckets of dirt, various dead farm animals, anything with weight to it can be used for resistance.
