I was linked to a discussion on here from a Google search and decided to post and being that weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle are a big part of my life, I figured I would introduce myself. My name is Josh and I am a 21 year old male (obviously.) Currently I am 171.4lbs. at 5'9". I am a competitive wrestler and professional mixed martial arts prize fighter so my weight is something that has been relevant in my life for a long time. There have been many times that I have let myself lose focus and my body and weight have paid the price. My weight has maxed out at 195lbs. I have tried several diets and seen good results with a few of them. I am currently trying to get my weight back down to walking around at 158lbs. I know most people have much larger weight loss goals than myself but I am not only here to learn from others but to give any help I can from my own experiences.
 
It doesn't matter how much or little you want to lose! WLF is for everyone, whether you have 200lbs to drop or just 5lbs! Good luck and welcome :)
