i'm des..i'm 23. I'm here to keep myself motivated on those days where i want to give up and eat my entire kitchen and never work out again [: my favorite ways to burn those calories is to run, bourlesque dance and lift weights with the hubby. I loooove burlesque dancing!! I started doing it in my kitchen when my best friend joined a troupe. I have never done it in front of anyone...although when i'm practiced i seem to very good at it. Now i have added a chair dance that i've created...its soo much fun!! not only do you burn LOADS of calories, but you are also removing your clothing (nothing down past panties and pasties) so you're getting used to seeing your body and you start to feel really sexy!!! i watched few simple how to videos on youtube, set a chair up in my kitchen and listened to christina aquilera's still dirrty....i now have switched up to rob zombie and mindless self indlugence. So....yea i'm here to stay motivated to lose 35 lbs i'm currently 155 and would like to be 120 [:
