and weight 140-150llb and need to gain more weight
nuffin to do with topic do you think im too small to become a club boncer

If you are going to be a bouncer, some effective MMA might be something to consider. It shouldnt be something flashy and fancy, but street fighting like, learning some jujitsu/judo holds at the least.

And for training, it sounds like you are new to training?
Go for 3 day a week fullbody workouts, just working your arms wont do much good. A good routine consists of
Deadlifts
Squats
Bench
Rows/pullups
Military press
 
When it comes to club bouncers, a lot of time size is just an intimidation factor. I have seen bouncers that I would be afraid to look at wrong get their butts handed to them by a smaller Joe Schmoe at a bar. I have also seen bouncers that are just slighly larger than yourself open up a can on a few people. In my opinion, if you got strength, know how to fight and got the attitude, you can be a club bouncer regardless of the size. Although the size does help for intimidation. :D

Looks liek you really need to sort your diet out.
