HI! Noob here

I everyone Im 22, I've been struggling with my weight for about 3 or 4 years now.

My start weight was 224
my current weight is 218
my goal is 145-150

I've just been cutting back on how much I'm eating and hitting the gym 3 to 4times a week. I've especially have been cutting back on the late night eating which was my problem, and cutting the sugar and sweets. I have a major sweet tooth!

I hope to meet my goal by next june, do you think thats attainable?

Eeps! Go BOWS!! haha I saw your pic and got all teary-eyed, because I miss Hawaii. haha By the way, you're stunning. Anways, welcome to the WLF. As for having a sweet tooth, believe me, I'm the same way. However, as long as you eat certain sweet things in moderation, you'll be perfectly fine. :D Also, congrats with the weight loss so far. I'm sure you'll do awesome with your weight loss journey. Good luck!

Yanno what I find to kill my sweet tooth is frozen crystal lite. I put it in the Popsicle maker tray thing and it's like mini-popsicles that are a sweet delicious treat!

I also like to freeze grapes inside water cubes <3

If you're really craving sweets. try a meal replacement smoothie those are super sweet and make you super full!

As for eating late at night...I just keep some ice cold water in the fridge and when im hungry I drink a BIG glass of water. The frequent trips to the bathroom make me tired so I go to bed early, leaving me energized and I didn't cheat on my diet from late night munchies lmao:rotflmao:
