I'm 15 years old, male, and I have problems about my skin. I'm a nice 10 stone after dieting for a year (I stopped dieting at the beginning of this year), slightly below average for my height (6"2'). The weight loss was fine, however, my skin is saggy, and is almost as bad-looking as the weight was.
I've read numerous exercises for tightening my skin (doing push-ups, various weight-based exercises...), but after a year or so (bringing me to the current date), I don't notice much difference, if any.
The problem areas are my:
Stomach (skin is really bad here)
Pectorals (skin is slightly flabby)
Buttocks (not as bad, or, not easy to see. Either one. They just appear to be round, rather than lean, though)
I've also read about drinking enough water (like I should anyway) and massaging cocoa butter into the problem areas. Does either of these actually work? Or, does anyone have any methods that do work?
Expensive methods, or methods involving surgery (well... they're expensive anyway, go figure), aren't really an option for me, given my age.
Anywho, thanks for reading - anxiously awaiting for any advice anyone can give.
Thanks,
~Cyansuke.
