Hi Newbie that needs help!

Hi All,

I am a bonkers 22 year old in the UK that is looking to pass my Officer Selection board, I have 4 months to turn into Wonder Woman. I am fairly fit at the moment, I run about 10K three times a week; enjoy swimming and then beginner’s tramolining :bouncing: and gymnastics more for the social side.

I am looking for help with a fitness routine that will improve primarily my upper body strength as well as my core stamina. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated I really need to form some sort of training programme that I can stick to.:cheeky:
