hi new to site " want to get in best shape i can "

hi my name is tito and im only 24 yrs old and I want to get back in control of my body and get in best shape i can im not a exersize genious or anything but i do know few workouts since when i was younger going to the boxing gym with older cousin of mine, and my main problem is FOOD, i dont eat alot of junkfood like candy dounuts and cakes, and rarely go out to fastfood resturants, and at home we dont cook in alot oil or deep fry, but we do enjoy our mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and all the comfort foods and stuff. And alot of hambuger dishes. Well i am here to seek out motivation and help and would like to know if anyone on this site knows of a site that will have a full shooping list or any one on here can send me a list on here of foods that will energize me for working out but also fill me up and if theres any supplement drinks good out there.
 
Wholemeal foods, oats, meat, milk.

Who cares what you eat. Just make sure you reach your daily caloric and protein coals. Eat 1-2g protein per lb of your weight.

Buy whey if necessary, and creatine if you want.
 
ok so im not sure exatcly how much i weigh but last i checked was 280.(need to buy a scale) so so how much protien intake would i need and im starting insanity but i dont have the insanity meal program just got the dvds and no computer to down load the program or anything. So anything would help before the 11th is grocery day so i can purchase all the appropiate things for this workout. Going to work my a$$ off i want results! But also safe dont wanna injur myself then cant work out and see none, any one else done insanity or starting?
