hi every one
just joined this family. please help me. i want to loose 20 pounds. 155 to 135.
i am watching my calories and eating healthy food. just bought a treadmill. working out for 30 min at 4 mil/hr. burn 250 cal per workout. not helping in the weight loss. please advise. please suggest some strength training at home as well. what should be my plan?

I suggest reading through the forum and getting a feel for some of the advice that gets dished out around here on a daily basis. Read through the stickies.
 
Try intervals, five mins at a low speed. Then one to two mins at a higher speed.
