Hi, New here

Hi, I am new here. I just got back into being healthy. I got a wake up call with my cholesterol (SP?) screening in late october. since the 2nd week in November I have lost 23lbs. I have been eating a diet of fruits and veggies (5 a day) min 6 glasses of water and whatever for dinner as long as it includes protien. I did cardio for the first 2 months to get a good bit of the weight gone, and now have started with light weights to build tone.

This site looks full of good info.
