Hi, new here!

Hi everyone!

I just joined this site to help me stay on track this summer.
I gained a lot of weight in college (like the Freshman 50!), and have made some moderate progress recently, but I hope to really take advantage of the low-stress summer coming up to help me meet my weight and fitness goals.

By way of intos...
I'm going to turn 21 in a little less than a month! I am a university student, studying chemistry as my major but dabbling in science ed., geology, and Japanese as well. I'm a Christian, go to a great Reformed Baptist church. I love to read, watch dramas, sleep (lol), go running, and play games.

I am 5'7" and weigh about 140 right now. I really don't care overmuch about a scale number, but I'd like to lose inches from my waist and thighs and lower my body fat percentage from currently 24-25% to under 20%.
