Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I'm a personal trainer and nutritionist who has worked with every walk of life in my 10 year career, and over the last 2 years, changed careers into the medical field. I do miss training, however I now I focus on myself. Since I've not been able to be as regular in the gym as I used to be and being that I am now 40 yrs old, the old metabolism is slowin down so I do need to lose 15lbs myself. So here we go!
