Let me start by saying that what I need to loose isnt alot by most peoples standards, but it matters to me. I am currently about 160 pounds, 5'9" and midsized frame. At my current weight I cant fit into a good amount of the clothes I own, jeams specifically. I would love to lose 15 to 20 pounds to put me between 140 and 145. My problem, I have no idea what I'm doing. I am limited on what I can eat. I dont have a stove or oven. I am working with hot plates, a microwave and a toaster oven. So if anyone has any idea how to get me to 140 pounds I am all ears. I'm actually pretty depressed about my weight, I dont like where I am at.
