Hi i am a new member of this forum and i'd like to introduce myself. I have been working in the gym for over 5 years since i was 13 years old. With my older brother and my cousin who owns a famous gym in Holland since 2012 i have been studying in a personal training school. I have already gotten my personal training license and i have many clients here in my City.
I will also represetent my cousins gym in Holland where i will be ready for my first competition in bodybuilding in 70kg. I have always had a burning desire to help people to be fit and a healthy lifestyle
