Hey everyone! You all have been an inspiration to me...thank you so much. The quick background:
29, F, 5'6", had baby #2 7 months ago and my body is rebelling!
Current weight: 160 *yikes*
Weight before baby #2 (age-almost 28): 150 (consistent for 3 years).
Weight before baby #1 (age 24): 140. It took about a year to get down to 150 after baby #1, and I maintained this until I got pregnant with #2.
I used to have *cries* a smokin' hot body 10 years ago when I weighed 120-125. Unfortunately, my love affair with pizza and all things carbohydrate combined with a lack of motivation have settled me at this weight. Oh, and the whole 2 pregnancies thing.
I have been working out for the last six months, on average three times/week; cardio and light weights/higher reps but there have been a few "breaks" of two to three weeks in there. I know, I know... But I did work out today and yesterday!
I will be posting photos later and will stop before this turns into a novel. Happy to be here!
