Hi guys joined about a week ago thought I best post something and say hi !
I've been on a diet (again) for the last 10 weeks started off at 275lb and have done quite well and now down to 238 although the last couple of weeks have been a bit difficult.
I've done it by not so much calorie counting but just cutting all the crap out and just trying to be careful in what I'm eating. So instead of pie and chips (mmmmmmmm) having a tuna salad instead that kind of thing..
Also doing a lot of cycling which I'm enjoying !!
Should also say I'm 40 years old man, married three kids !!!
