Hi everyone.


I've joined this site for help with dieting and exercise tips. I am a postie and walk between 2.5 and 4 hours a day delivering mail. I have since started going back to the gym more regular . I run on the treadmill to burn 400 - 600 calories . I do this at least twice a week now and aim for 3 or more. I do this after work also.


I am currently 13.11 stone at a height of 5ft 9 in. I would like to loose about a stone . I also do my chest , arms and ab exercises using gym equipment.

Hey Lee, welcome to the forum!


Since you already do a lot of aerobic-based exercise, I would recommend adding some more strength training into your weekly routine. Try to do a routine that covers the whole body, including exercises like squats and lunges for legs, and some exercises for your back as well, to go along with the upper body and ab exercises that you currently do.
