I am basically looking to chat with people who have similar goals!

I want to lose weight and get toned. I go to the gym frequently but nobody seems to want to go to the gym so sometimes I have trouble motivating myself!

Have you ever kept a record of your exercise? Starting a journal in this section here: Journal can sometimes be a good motivator because you have people checking in on you all the time. Even if you don't start one yourself, you might find some great motivation by reading what others have done!

Thanks for the welcome! I do keep a record in a written book, yes! It's a great idea and I think this forum will help me in many ways! I love reading success stories and looking at before and afters. It's great to see people accomplishing their goals!
