I'm 20 years old.

I desperatley need to lose 10-20 pounds within a month or so and would immensly appreciate anyone who can tell me, specifically, what I would need to do to achieve this. I'm aware that there's probably not exactly too many healthy ways to lose 20 pounds in one month (even though I could manage to be cool with just 10!), however, I'm willing to temporarily take on some drastic measures if they'll garauntee success of achieving the amount of weight loss I'm aiming for within a 30to45-day time span.

So, yeah, I would be grateful BEYOND WORDS to absolutely anyone who could suggest an effective plan for me to follow for these 30-45 days, to anyone who could share some things that have worked for them in the past perhaps, or to anyone who could just simply be so kind as to provide me with a few decent tips on how I can go about reaching this goal successfully - whether what I need to do is healthy or, more likely, not. I've tried it all over the past two years, I truly have, and it's a 'drastic times call for drastic measures' type of deal now. I'm quite good at keeping weight off once it's off, so I'm not worried about gaining every last pound right back and then some after doing this, it's just the LOSING the pounds in the first place part that's proved to be near-impossible for me to do through average diet and exercise. I'm going to do whatever I have to do for this coming month / month 1/2 that I plan to do this, I just need someone to help me know what "this" is going to have to be. Again, thank you x10000000000 in advance to anyone who's willing to help me out with this, you're incredibly awesome.

Hi Annabella

I haveno guarantees that a specific weight can be lost in a specific time period but...
I found a healthy way to lose weight. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months following an exercise program at home. It involves exercising 7 minutes a day thre days a week.

This builds muscle and musle burns fat.

U can do it

Hi, and welcome. Unfortunately, losing that amount of weight in that amount of time is unrealistic and/ or completely unhealthy. You should be aiming to lose 1-2lb a week at most.

How to do it? Eat less calories than you're burning. Work out how many calories you burn using a BMR calculator that incorporates exercise (such as the Harris Benedict formula), and either work out what you're eating or make a diet plan that will get you eating about those number of calories (never under 1200 calories without direct medical advice)

Extreme measures will damage your body and overall health. And if anyone tries to sell you something, run away- you don't need a product or a paid for "scheme" to do this.

exercise is good but you have to change your calorie intake for any real results..especially with this whole '7 minutes at a time' scam.

Yes calorie intake is definately a part of weight loss.
I eat only home cooked meals and vegies i grow myself
,no junk food.
The program I use has an extensive program to guide you to healthier
food choices. I haven't used it yet and I'm still losing weight. the guide
has is geared to meach individual in accordance to weight, hieght and age.
This guide alots daily food credits and you choose the foods you like best
adding up the given food credits to meet the total food credit you were
alloted.

It is also advised to use a protien powder (Whey) to increase your protien intake.
Also use a fiber powder which reduces your food craving and intake.

Yeah..I've seen your program.

You wouldn't be here trying to get people to go to your site or pay you for your program would ya? Your site sure says otherwise...
