hi im Ryan

Im ryan, 21 yrs old...im 6'0 215 pounds. i am around 20 -30 pounds over my ideal weight but i weight lift regularly and am just gettin going on the cardio aspect.... im soon to be enlisting in the navy...when i hit my weight loss goal...

im quitting smoking and looking at running to help with that process. I joined this site to learn better habits both nutrition wise and also help with my excersize routines
 
sounds great man, i quit smoking a few years ago and i've had a complete body transformation, lost over 60lbs of fat and im now training to compete in bodybuilding
