Hi I'm Christina and I am trying to lose weight about a hundred pounds or so. I have PCOS and IR which believe it or not I got it from the depo shot all i took was one shot. Well needless to say I gained 40 pounds in 2 1/2 months because of it. I didn't eat more I hardly ate at all. So if anyone has any suggestions on weight loss with PCOS and/or IR PLEASE let me know.
