Hi, i'm 20 and i'm from scotland.

I've sort of dieted on and off for a few years, but i've never stuck to a proper diet plan. I've decided to try neris and india's idiot proof diet though, which is pretty much an atkins diet.

I'm 5'2 and weigh 144 pounds, although that's slightly heavier than my usual weight. I'm aiming to be 119 or round about maybe lighter because i have a very small frame.

This is the first time i've felt really optimistic about a diet, adn i'm hoping it'll work, my only challenge in the next fortnight is a night out with people in my work, i'm pretty shy but i won't be able to drink any alcohol.

I've just really came on here for some support. Everyone i say to that i'm going on a diet, just say i don't need it and what's the point i look fine as i am but they must know how unhappy i am with my weight.

I'm going on holiday in June and it's my goal to be able to wear a bikine :) so that's spurring me on as well :)
 
LOL DQ, I don't either and I keep trying to wrap my head around a way to say it!
