Hi everyone, this looked like a great place to start my weight loss. I am about 265 and right now my short term goal is to just to get under 200 pounds. I would be happy for 160 eventually...I am tall (5'8) and that looks good on me. I was never an overweight child, or had a problem with my weight until I have my first child. Now I have three kids, I don't plan on having any more and I am ready to lose some weight! I hope. I have started and failed quite a few times, but I need too. I don't want to spend the rest of my life feeling disgusting, being out of shape and eventually dying young. Alright! So wish me luck!
