Hi I am Kate. I am a 23 yr old stay at home mom to two beautiful babies. They are 4 and 2 1/2. I am also an Army wife. My husband just deployed "over there" for his second time a week ago. My goal is to be really thin and tone by the time my husband comes home safe and sound. I am 5'3" and 121 lbs according to the dr's scale on Friday. Everyone thinks I am really tiny, but underneath clothes I am really not. I definately have some flab on my tummy and thighs and behind. And also, my chest isn't so hot after nursing 2 kids, although my husband says they are fine. I am going to MI for 3 weeks for the holidays, my mom has a home gym, treadmill and lots of free weights that I will be using and I plan to join a local gym when I get back home after the new year. If nothing else atleast it will get me out of the house while my husband is gone, lol. There is nothing worse than sitting inside a lonely house with nothing to do but worry about your husbands safety overseas. Anyways.. I hope I can find the encouragement and words of wisdom here. Looks like a great site!
