Hello all, I'm new to this site but I'm not new to weight loss. Last year, for the first time in my life, I was in control of my own weight. I did it through regular cardio and experimental dieting. After three months I dropped about 20 pounds until summer came around and I started to indulge myself once again. Now I am not quite as "chunky" as I was before but I have been slowly gaining back the pounds so I decided to make my own dieting and exercising program base on my past experiences.
I do have some questions though, like at my heaviest I was around 190-200lbs and lightest about 165-ish. However, even at 165 I still had a fat belly and "man boobs" despite having did gain some pec muscles from doing push ups, how do I get ride of those? I want a lean body which means no man boobs and a slight six-pack.
My exercise schedule is this:
Monday thru Friday run 45 minutes on the treadmill or until it hits 500 calories burnt and 4 miles ran
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Do the hundred push up program
Tues Thurs Sat Do Crunches
Oh yeah, I'm also starting my day with a vegtable smoothie made from spinach, baby carrots, banana and milk.
Max calories per day ~1500
Do you think I'll get a lean body this way? Or will I still become skinny fat?
