Hi I'm mamamia, I decided to join this forum because I've always been struggling with my weight. I managed to loose a lot of weight a few years ago. But of course it was just temporary because I gained it all back. I feel that by joining this forum I will get encouraged and motivated. Hope to make a lot of buddies.
