Hi, im new here

Hey every my name is Damon. I haven't really got a chance to look around the forum much yet but im sure im going to be quite a bit. The reason i am here is because i am trying to loose some weight but im not to sure what all would be the best things to do so im hoping you guys can help me out. Just to let you know a little about be I am 18 years old, 6'2 and weigh around 250 pounds. I dont have much ccess to a gym but i do have a pool that i swim, ride my bike or run whenever. The other problem that i have is i work a 40 hours a week and have class 3 1/2 hours a week. I am also wondering what would be the best things to help out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
