There are lots of things you can do. For me I am exercising, and also trying not to eat out and eat healthier at home. This does not always work, but I usually cook at home so it's generally healthier than anything I would pick up from outside.
The exercising, I am in the IcyStarCloud Challenge where we have 1 Ab workout that we do twice a week and a Cardio we do once a week. Sadly last week I only worked out twice, but will make up by doing 4 times this week. After that I will be trying for 5 days/week or not 6-7 if I can get some time and privacy at home over the weekends to do something.
You need to find what works for you and keep at it. I find writing on here about my progress works great to keep me going even after my off days (which I admit I have had too many of).
I recommend you start a diary on here and keep track of your progress and your struggles. You will get loads of support, and there is even a New Mom's section. (Not sure if you are a New Mom but I'm sure you would be welcome there even if you aren't).
Take a look, do some reading, you will find tons of information on different programs and method people are using here. Hopefully you will find something that works well for you!
