Hi, I'm new and I would like to change my life

Hi everybody,

My name is Giovanni, I'm a 20 y/o male and I'm from the UK. I came to this forum because I would like to change the way I am because I'm not longer happy with the way I look and feel anymore.

I'm looking forward to this long journey and I'm sure that it's going to be a lot of fun.

what TF said. Its hard work at times, but it helps to have a support network like the forums here :)
 
That's great! I think we all need to watch what we eat. Just take everything in moderation and check back here frequently to let us know how you do.

It's not "I would like to change my life,"

It's "I am going to change my life."
