Hi im around 5'10 and weight about 170lbs. I need some advice on how to get more tone and lose around 10-20 lbs if possible.
I have just started to work out about a week ago.My exercise consists of...
5-7 sets of ten 15lbs a day
100 crunches a day
50 dumbell bench press
50 flying dumbell exercise(Standing and flapping from side to side with dumbells)
and a 15-30 min jogg/run twice a week.
I have started a new diet and I took out carbs out of all my meals.Im also eating less now.I want to get toned by the end of the summer is there anything else I should do to speed this process?Thanks in advance
