I'm very sorry if this was supposed to go somewhere else!
But please forgive me, I am new, and here is my question, as I stated in the title...
I'm 15 years old, and I recently joined my high school swim team.
It's the first sport I've ever done, and I am very out of shape.
I'm a terrific swimmer, but I don't know how well I'll be with the endurance part required for it. I mean, swimming 50 laps without having a chance to rest seems pretty scary. But its a challange I'm up for, the thing is, I dont know if I'm ready for it.
SO, my question is, does anyone have any advice or know anything I can do to maybe start getting in shape, like and workouts or anything that might help?
im completly lost when it comes to fitness and working out, and i would really appreciate it if someone could help me out!!
