Im Tonee.. 25 yrs... Female!
My question is a little different... I have a bowflex sport, and i need to build some chest muscles, dr.'s orders.
im very little, 92 lbs 5'2". I CANNOT gain weight i've tried and tried and it only goes to my butt, and i really don't like that much lol
anyway... im not really good at all this weight training stuff, so if anyone who has some tips for me on doing what i need to do and then just toneing up all over with this machine (it's my husbands, and he's deployed so i haven't the clue where to start) i'd really appreciate it
