Hi Guys and Girls, My name is Lynda Roes, I am currently employed at Superslow in Sarasota, Florida, I am finding more and more that people are looking for help in attaining their "perfect" weight and I have been helping people to establish good eating habits as well as good supplements to keep them healthy and functioning to the best of their ability. I help to aid people into changing their eating habits and listening to their body and how it reacts to certain foods. I am extremely interested in helping people that are told that they need to lose weight in order to become healthier, or the person that wakes up every day upset because they started the day off great with their weight plan but by the end of the day they were back off their eating plan. There is hope for all out there and everyone can change their eating habits it just takes some retraining and motivation from the right person....
 
Hi Lynda Roes. You described me to a tea. I start the day off great but come evening I've usually fallen off the wagon. Sometimes I can stay on tack for a couple of days but eventually my emotions get the best of me and I self sabotage by turning to comfort food. Breakfast is not a problem and neither is lunch but the late evening is always the most difficult for me. Any advice you could give proovide would be greatly appreciated.
 
The first step probably is to simple write down what you eat during the day and night, and write down the time and how you feel and if you were hungary, angry, sad, bored, that why we can see a pattern establish, at this point of time there is no right or wrong answers or any right or wrong foods, we are just trying to put some info down on a piece of paper to see how we determine what or how much we want to eat. So take a piece of paper, put down the day, and the time on the left side, then by that put what you ate, and how much and then at the opposite side put how your were feeling in regards to your mood and whether you were hungary or not.....then we will review it...good luck, we should do this for about a week.....
