I'm eighteen years of age, and I weigh 181 pounds. I plan on reaching my goal by losing ten pounds by a certain date, and then losing another ten pounds after that by a different date. So first off, I want to weigh 171 pounds by the first week of June.

I have been tracking how much I weigh each day. I have also been drinking water, and trying to work out by doing different exercise DVDs each day. I play Just Dance 2 sometimes when I don't feel like doing the DVDs. One DVD is called "Walk Off the Pounds," and the other is "Beginners Yoga."

I've also been consuming less food. Although, I work until late at night, and don't eat dinner until almost nine at night. I understand that is one of the worst things for my body, but my family is big on eating as a family. I also do not wake up early enough to eat breakfast, because it's my summer vacation.

Anyways, I joined this website to help motivate me. So motivators go!
