Hi I'm Barry

I don't have much of a story other than a weak resolve to get in better shape.

Still rooting around for ideas that I think won't be too hard to implement.

At least you are honest about it... fitness and health don't have to be hard, but likely will involve some changes. It is much easier to find the time to do things you enjoy, so I'd give that some thought and make anything you do something you like to do.

For example, if you like a sport, make some time to play that sport - join a league or find a regular pickup game. If you like hiking, go hiking, and do things that make you a better hiker. For example, I love peak bagging which means climbing steeply so I do lunges to make those climbs easier and thus, more fun. Time spent in a gym can be a drag whereas time spent outdoors is often more fun. But then there are those gym rats who adore weight training and like treadmills - it's about finding what you like and then doing it.

Good luck!
