Hi everyone. i just joined. i am starting my journey to getting healthy. i am 33 and 5'10" weighing in at 291. time to fix that. :eek:) I am seeing a trainer twice a week at my gym near my house. i am going to the gym next to my work 2 or 3 times a week too. i am the kind of person that needs support. i dont have much of that at home. its so easy to go back to the old ways and i am struggling with doing the right thing.


I am hoping to meet some people on here going through the same thing as i am.


also i have PCOS which doesnt help the weight loss issue.
 
Hey Anita, welcome to the forum! Have you thought about starting a journal in the weight loss diary section? That is probably the best place to recieve ongoing support and encouragement. Good luck to you!
