Hi all.
First of all i wanna say that i am from Europe so please don't be so scared when you see grammar mistakes.
My story?Well i have some extra kg ....a lot of extra kg 15.
From everlasting i was a fat person and for me is a big ploblem because i am young and to have 15 kg extra at the age of 15 years old is not to healty.
I hope that here i will found help and motivation.
I would like to metion that i kept some diets but no results ....in fact in weekends i didnt kept the diet and i didn't give up pepsi.
SO, what can i say ....i have all the bad food habits :
-i hate sport
-love pepsi
-love junk food

But i am ready for a change.:D
 
Hey!I'm in a healthy weight zone, but I wanna lose too. I'm 14 and I hate exercise. My advice is to cut it out bit by bit. One less pop a day, and try an energy/protein bar instead of chocolate bar. Think of all the unhealthy things that go into it. For example, I love Reese bars! But it's a genetically modified food, so who knows how bad that could be for you.
 
That's a great start! The first thing you should look at is cutting down anything with sugar in it as you said like "pop". I originally started losing weight just by not drinking soda too or eating sweets anymore.
 
Hi, it's always hard to change habit at the beginning and hard to keep going. But you can change it step by step.

You can share your weight-loss plan with a friend. It is always easier when you are two people and more fun!

Now you can get things like soda, cookies, chocolate out of your fridge/kitchen, keep all the healthy food such as fruit, vegetable on your fridge.

Well i will try to give up to all my bad habits :).Probably i will write all i eat in a diary on this site.
I need someone to tell me how could i inprove my diet and how much sport should i do.
