Hi everyone, I'm going to stay anonymous but I'm new to this weight loss forum and I'm a freshman in college. I put on the freshman 20- I'm 5'2 and weigh 117 pounds, and my goal is to lose 20 pounds by the next 2 months. I've been doing the eliptical for 2 hours a day for the past week but have not lost any weight yet. I always struggle when I use the treadmill but I was wondering if using the treadmill for one hour would be more effective or burn more calories than using the eliptical for 2 hours? I'm not a fast runner but on the eliptical I use the HIIT training so I end up burning around 800 calories. Or should I be running outside? I really want to achieve my goal in 2 months so please help me out. Any tips or advice would be great. Thanks

You are currently a healthy weight for your height. Loosing 20lbs would put you in the underweight category. What are you trying to achieve? Your goal will help determine an appropriate workout.

I used to be 95 pounds and had never felt better. I was confident, happy with my body and looked at my best. I just want to go back to that. Being 120 pounds is making me depressed and for some reason its really hard to shed the pounds. I dont know what to do.

I know of a great cleanse that cost $34 after shipping and have seen people lose great amounts of weight in 7 days on it. It's clinically studied and the most complete weight loss supplement out there, I promise!

Hi, maybe you could try detoxing. I did a detox/cleanse in Dec 2013 and have lost 18 lbs since. I continue to lose weight and am now a size 3/4 from 9/10. The best thing about this is that I feel healthier then i've ever been.

I used to weight 8 lbs 6 oz, but as an adult that is unrealistic to achieve. If you are unhappy and depressed, that is a mental health issue and not a weight loss issue. You are the same person no matter what you weigh. Losing weight will not = happiness.
