Hi I need help!

Hey guys I need help I'm a hs student and I was born fat and ever since I was young I've had fat legs. Over time when I got older I started biking and instead of losing my leg fat muscle started to build up from biking. Now I have really big legs. It's a mixture of fat and muscle. How can I slim them down? Thanks in advance.
 
it's similar to doing ab exercises and expecting a 6-pack, but instead you are just pushing the stomach out further. If you want to slim down your thighs, assuming that they aren't all muscle, you need to lose fat on your whole body. You can't spot-reduce. All you can do is reduce the calories and / or burn more calories and you will start to lose fat. Depending on your genetic makeup, that may be the last place you lose the weight, so it may take time.
