For the past week, I started exercising for at least 20 minutes or sometimes more. I used to live a very sedentary lifestyle. However, I did not lose any pound and in fact gained one or two. I eat just right, and I had cut down on all sodas, chips and sweets. Am I doing it wrong? Or am I just too eager to see improvements?
