I have been on a quest to get the sexy back. I have been on the biggest loser club program since march 25 2008 and have dropped 15 pounds so far. i am at 213 right now and have the goal weight of 118.
I have struggled with the ups and downs of the journey and I really want my body back. I excersize most days 30-60 minutes and I try my best to stay within a 1500-1600 calorie diet.
Its funny but if i eat more lately as long as its not excess I lose but if I keep it way to the minimum it just does not drop off. Makes no sense to me.
I live in Cambridge springs,Pa with my husband and 6 kids. Its a busy life but I would not change it for the world,except the weight problem. I started to put it on with each kid I had and aprox 5 years ago I did lose 65 pounds on weight watchers but alas pregnancy helped to gain it back.Me and my husband sre done having the children so now like I said it is time for me to get the figure back.
Any advise would be a help.
