Try a lower impact cardio, elliptical crosstrainers are good if you have gym access or space to keep one.
If you have neither you could walk hills or stairs.
If you have gym access use weights, if you don't, use body weight exercises. either way try for a full body strength program to maintain or build muscle while you try to lose weight.
Start educating yourself on nutrition and track the food and drink you eat, either make healthier choices or control your portions to bring your calorie count down.
