Here is Your Game plan

I believe in making things as easy and simple as possible.

The easier things are the more likely you are to succeed right?

First off, recognize that the cigarettes are making everything you need to do to lose weight harder.

They make exercise harder, recovery harder, and diet harder. So starting right now start to cut back in small steps (small steps are easier than big ones).

The fastest way to burn lose fat is to spend as many calories as possible. This includes keeping your metabolism nice and hot.

As I always say, your metabolism is bossily your energy level. So we want to do anything to keep your energy level sky high.

I recommend breaking up your strength routine so you can do something pretty much every day. Even if it's just doing 3 exercises for 15 minutes that will be much more effective as giving you a boost for the rest of the day. Personally I like to do thing for 30-45 minutes a day. The shorter workouts are easier on both my energy level and on my schedule.

The last thing I recommend is to thread your exercises together in a circuit. Make it a goal to never stand (or sit) still on the machine in between sets. Simply do a set on one machine, and then do a set on the next machine and so on. This will also make your workouts much faster (always a good thing) and your energy will spike higher as well.

That's enough for this week. Hit me up at(removed) for more :)

You can do it Muna!

Be fit, and live free,

Matt
