Hi! I am Dani! A NEWBIE!

Hi everyone!!! My name is Danielle, but my friends call me Dani. So feel free to call me Dani! I am 33 and a proud stay at home mom to 3 BEAUTIFUL daughters!!! 4,2 and 7 mos!!! I am married to the man of my dreams! We live in Michigan and we jsut crossed or 2nd anniversary of living in a home we had built. We live in a BEAUTIFUL area with beautiful people!! So I need to lose some weight! LOL My history is that I was ana/buliemic in high school and after. So about 10 yrs ago. I revert back every so often...but being that Ihad 3 babies, it wasn't easy or healthy not to eat! I amdone having babies and want to get back down to a good size! At my lowest I was 102...to skinny! But I looked my best at 135. I am 5 1. I currently weigh 180 and would like to lose 75lbs, but I think a realistic goal would be 50lbs! My husband is currently losing weight too. He gained with me! LOL He used to be 175 and is now 210 at 6' tall. He has lost about 20lbs already! We are both doing the treadmill every morning and watching what we eat! I have been trying, but I can't seem to stop relying on food for comfort! I need support! My husband left this AM for Mexico for 2 months!! I want him to come back to a hot momma!!! (he works as a supervisor at the world headquarters for Ford Motor and had to travel) So I turned here for help and support. I can't wait to meet all of you!! Thank you for having me!!!!!

It sounds like you have an exercise plan in place and know what you need to do to reach your goals in a healthy way!

Consider creating a journal in the diary section so we can get to know you and follow along with you on your journey :)
 
Welcome to the forum! Congrats on walking every morning...I can't motivate myself to do that! haha.
 
Thank you both so much!!! Believe me, it takes ALOT to get on that treadmill vs. sleeping! But I KNOW I have to do it! LOL TY so much!
 
Hi Dani ~ I'm from Michigan as well (St. Clair County) & I'm also struggling to lose those post pregnancy pounds. I know how hard it is to get up the motivation to exercise even though we know that we have to if we want to lose weight. BTW~ Welcome to WLF!!!
