Hello, my name is Alissa. I am a 20 year old college student. I have been struggling with my weight for some time now. I, honestly, can't remember what its like to be a normal weight. When I first started I was 226 lbs and a size 16 at 5'11. I am currently at 193 and a 12 (sometimes abercrombie 10). My goal is to hit 175-180 ish because that is a medically healthy weight. I'm pretty active, being a collegiate rower, and am fairly fit (shameless bragging: I was named All-American) I just suck at food. I eat way too much and very high fat/cals. I've been working on getting fruit in there and am exciting for when I hit my goal because it will just make everything easier.
 
I'm just the opposite as you. I have the eating part down, I just hate the working out. I'm getting better at it though. Good luck!
 
Hi Alissa. Welcome. :)

Sounds like you know what your challenge is which helps a lot. Now you just gotta get a handle on it.
