Hey,
I'm new here (evident as I'm posting in the newcomers thread lol). I'm 26 and have been up and down with my weight for a long time. Around 2003 I was at my heighest weight of 211lbs and realised I needed to make some better decisions about what and how much I ate. Since then I've lost 47lbs. I think the biggest factor in starting me off was how much I wanted it. A lot. That helps
Now at 164lbs I need to knuckle down and work harder to lose the rest. I'm eager to join the challenges and give advice where I'm able. You all seem like such a nice bunch!
