hi guys

my name is Shane, and i joined the forum to help get back in shape before my wedding in april .
i had a car crash in september broke a bone in my neck and cut the tendens in my right hand, have been off work now for 12weeks so i hopr to pick up some tips

Tell us more about yourself (goals, age, height, weight, physical fitness background, etc.) and about your injuries. Are they healed? Are you cleared by your doctor?
 
well im a 38year old male 178cm tall 75ish kg,s was 78kg,s, work in construction till the crash maybe going back doing CAD stuff in the new year .
lost some of the 3 kg's off my uper body but held some on my gut
 
First, you need to get your diet right, but it seems you are already on the right path there. As for exercising, first check with your doctor and find out what you are cleared to do.
 
i can start to do light stuff like push ups and walking and arms, have lost my arms and neck and put on a gut.
can i have a protein shake a day if i am walking and doing push ups ? i have till the 5 OF APRIL
