Hi guys!

How are ya'll?
I'm 19 and weigh just over 9stone.

First of all I know very, very little and fitness but for a month I've been running and playing football about 3/4 times a week.

The problem is I have a high/fast (I think) metabolism and it's hard to but weight on...and I have 4 meals everyday.
Any ideas what I could eat kinda thing? What meals are what etc.

I'm a :newbie: :(

I am aiming for more muscle/to get built up more cause for my age I'm skinny and weak compared to what I should be IMO.

Just been reading some threads and whatnot and it's so confusing :(

Welcome to the board :)

The only way to gain mass is to eat more and pump iron.

You have to give the body a reason to grow and develop itself.

There are a lot of stickies on this and a lot of "already-posted stuff" all over this board...have at it!
