Hi everyone, I just recently lost quite a lot of weight (24lbs in 3 months) and I just wanted to tell everyone to not give up because if I can lose weight, anyone can!

I've been overweight since I was about 13 (23 now), but now I think I'm classed as "normal"- 164lbs and 5'8, just the top of being normal. I've still got a bit to lose- goal weight 140lbs would be nice.

Anyway, just wanted to drop in and say hi everyone.

Easter is really frustrating, I know I'm gonna put a load back on. I don't even want an Easter egg, but have got about 3! Eating chocolate just makes me feel sick, I dunno why I do it, I don't even like it any more.

Does anyone ever stuff themselves just so they feel so sick that theyll never want another piece of chocolate again?! I do that all the time, but it never works though cos as soon as I'm hungry again I want some more! Guess thats why its an addiction. Ah well, I'm a lot less than what I weighed last year.

So that's about all of my boring story!

I stuff myself sick every time I order pizza! I can't even move afterwards lol...

But yeah, Easter is on my birthday this year, so send those eggs my way. ;)
 
Ever since I stopped eating fast food and chocolate, I really don't feel the cravings for them any more.

You suffer a slight withdraw, and after that, you don't even care for it any more. Just the tought of that greasy fast food stuff makes me want to vomit.
 
I'm doin ok today, got my 3 eggs(!) not started on them yet though. I might just give them to my mum, shes really skinny, but can still eat chocolate :mad:
